Jackie
Galleano is a specialist in Training and Organizational Development.
Her 25-year career includes 10 years in hotel operations and 15
years in training and development, all within the hotel industry.
Company affiliations include Doubletree, Loews, Marriott, Hyatt,
Hilton and Beverly Hills Hotel Corporations. Jackie focuses on designing,
developing and building the training and organizational development
platforms necessary for companies to grow. Her experience spans
new companies in need of complete start-up programs to more mature
businesses who have either started initiatives and/or expanded rapidly,
and find their systems quite disjointed, with no real focus or strategy.
Jackie built one of the industry's leading "service systems" to
a level that allowed the company to grow its brand name and expansion
so successfully due in large part to this culture. She believes
that working with a company to understand its business culture is
critical to designing and developing the skills and systems that
work.
Jackie is a seasoned
facilitator, operationally savvy, works in the "real world" arena
and has an ability to link learning, skills and applications to
a company's business objectives. She is certified in many nationally
recognized training programs (Achieve Global, Eagle's Flight, DDI,
Wilson Learning, Time Systems, Franklin Quest), and is Master Certified
in all Achieve Global systems. Jackie concentrates her expertise
and experience into the categories of Building Service Cultures,
Leadership, Teamwork, Change and Innovation. She has been an adjunct
professor teaching Hotel Management in California, Texas, and Nevada.
Jackie is also a CHA, Certified Hotel Administrator (the hotel industry's
highest professional designation), and is listed in "Who's Who"
in both the American and International Hotel Industries. Her professional
associations include: ASTD (American Society of Training and Development)
where she serves on the board of the Greater Las Vegas Chapter and
CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers.)
