in this product section is the availability of some Workplace Job
Training Tools that have had BIG PAYOFFS in the staffing and training
of many of today's great hotels. These tools were developed and
perfected over an 18-year span, and have been very effective in
successful recruitment, hiring, training, development, and performance

For
every position title, you'll receive 3 distinctive performance tools:
Tool #1 - Job
Description,
Tool #2 - Training Checklist,
and
Tool #3 - Review Form.
(Viewing
of these tools requires you have Microsoft Word or another compatible
word processor installed on your computer.)
Each
job tool works as outlined below. For example, if you are hiring
a new employee, you'd use Tool #1, the Job
Description, in the hiring process to help define the duties
of the job for both the interviewer AND the applicant.
Once
you've hired the right candidate, you'd then use Tool #2, the Training
Checklist which matches the job description, however, uses
a step-by-step outline that breaks down each task so that the new
employee can be trained on each and every aspect of their job.
Finally,
the new employee's first performance review and every evaluation
thereafter uses Tool #3, the Review
Form, which matches both the job description and the training
checklist, so that you (as supervisor) can give feedback to every
employee in a simple, easy-to-understand format that explains how
well they are performing their job.
